I'm not sure Directors loyalty is the only ingredient of concluding a transaction.

The Chinese have flagged they will not move until June... there's plenty of time for alternate suitors to build a bid...

It's not as thought 40 - 50 - 60% of on market stock has been soaked up.

It's also not as though the Chinese are the only peple interested in (a) gold & uranium ; (b) well managed companies with strong cash flow.

No ... I can't accept zero probability yet ... a little premature IMO!
