They are probably correct, I just got cold feet.
My perspective is that if someone offers to buy your shares at a profit of say 40%, a deal is possible. When the shareholders ask for 300% you get the feeling that QUIGEN will just laugh and walk away as this one is too hard.
If I read indications that CSAG would accept offers close to $5.00 I would have held.
I don't like the risk and others will apreciate it more.
