Ive come to the conclusion that RED thread attracts people who believe in conspiracy theories for the share price or have no idea how to value the company or the reason for it. There are a number of pessimistic people on this thread, that i cannot work out why they hold when they always complain about RED and the share price. Like you said. Takeove at 20cents is ridiculous.
