I think they would really struggle to get Cortical up in the current market conditions. Are there any current shareholders of BPH going to line up for some ipo stock at 20c when they know that theres heaps of people holding unescrowed entitlement free stock that would be quite happy to offload for much less than 10c let alone 20c ? IMO the only way they can get this up is to escrow existing stock and wait for better market conditions. Dont know how that would stand legally.
