Kruiser how simple do I have to make it for you, esperance was all ready in the bag irrespective of Kwinana. It was not the preferred option in the short term, but will be more economical in the long term.
Kwinana was the first option only due to the fact of pumping the ore out of the ground straight away and gennerating income. Esperance only means a long time frame.
