Spin a chocolate wheel for a more accurate answer, but I expect the offer will remain "open" and WN will commence discussions with the Board on a "collecive path" forward whilst they continue to acquire shares via associates.
They know the Board won't capitulate for less than $6, so it makes sense for them to acquire as many as they can under this amount.
I'm hopeful WR and the board can commence negotiations for the residual with a starting price of $7+.
All pure speculations of course, and given that WN read this thread, they may of course do the opposite :)
