Missed this afternoon's BRM announcement.
Still talking regulatory appeal, but it seems rather tame. My take is that they don't have evidence to put to ASIC, otherwise they would have done so by now.
Come on Wah Nam, hurry up and get control and lets get some good people in there to drive Brockman (and hopefully FRS) forward!
