Won't be an issue with them getting 35% now as the directors have stated accept their offer. As soon as the directors accept the offer today they will have their 35%, you have to remember that the top twenty own around 50%. This will be a done deal, not happy, but not much to do now but sell. I don't believe AHR did anything wrong (illegal as you suggest), they just didn't have it in them to get a better offer. You have to remember this isn't their only job running AHR they have their hands in other companies as well and probably see .305c as good enough and will move on. To get AHR to production would take a further 4-5 year in my opinion staying with the current MOB. This is the game and better to just take the profits we made and move on as well to something better. I know where my money is going!!!
