Being a floating facility, there are flexible risers and umbilicals that require distributed buoyancy modules. The water depth is 250m and the scope of supply is for 4 x 12" flexible risers.

Not a huge scope, and Matrix will be competing with other companies for the supply of buoyancy modules, bend restrictors and bend stiffeners for the risers, umbilicals and flowlines.

I have not done enough research, but am not sure yet exactly what competitive advantage Matrix has over it's competitors such as Trelleborg CRP and Balmoral Offshore Engineering... Maybe someone can fill me in?
