This is the problem - imo. Is having IVA represented on the board advantageous? I understand that with the holding they have they have a right to a non-executive position on the board, but is there any advantage to us shareholders? Will Peter Reeve let us know (outside the announcement by IVA) what the board at IVA are really talking about and planning in their boardroom? I know he excused himself from our board meeting during the X deal, but really, what use is there having a double agent in our sight's if we're not going to do anything about it? We can't really play him, can we...
