I would not be suprised if there are games being played here unless, there is a large holder who needs to ofload its shareholding in ESX for its own personal reasons.

At this point in time we are being flooded with shares from this seller and the market can just not absorb these shares in an ordinary manner.

Under normal circumsances such a large parcel or parcels of shares would be traded off-market to another interested fund or investor.

So imho everything is possible but I do not think that the long term holders would vote in favour, to see this company beind sold out on the cheap.

They will not get my vote.
