I also agree La Jolla is not a good coy to be in bed with. They tend to be used by those having difficulties raising elsewhere. Their previous history suggests conversions of notes are on lows created by selling down, giving a bigger conversion of shares, which is not in our best interest both ways. The lack of income flow makes it difficult to borrow from the better lenders.
