jerryjvl, you have much more to gain if the heads surpass the exercise price, regardless of whether you sell before or pay the exercise price.
eg. buy 4000000 DMNOC at .001 = $4000 buy 1000000 DMN at .004 = $4000
DMN goes to 2c, your heads are worth $20000, that's it.
your options will be worth $60000(in a perfect world), if you choose to exercise them you then only have to fork out an extra $20000, then your options become $80000 worth.
