i've pulled my buy and am going to wait to see what happens to the SP as the news is received and considered. usually SP retreats to CR price (or just below) unless news flows.
pricing the CR at a 25% discount to closing price is relatively normal. Seems good for Jerry to pay 2c less. That said the money in should be well used to help all.
