Agreed! Initially I didn't really have much of an opinion on the Leonora gold proejcts although I must say having had another "quick" look, they are more appealing than I first thought. Particularly in light of the fact that the POG remains in a long term uptrend and continues to make higher highs!

I'll research the Leonora Projects more over coming days and let you know my thoughts needless to say it all looks good.

IMO that's perhaps why none of the gold assets have been divested - management have had a rethink given the likely destination of the POG? Now that demonstrates to me that we have a clever board of directors who are looking at the BIG PICTURE.

You do of course make a valid point Golf about the possibility of using the funds from the sale of the gold asset/s to fund the drilling of the Aztec Dome.
For my money though I reckon it'll either come by way of a CR or a JV with a bigger player such MCR who very much have a vested interest in the Kambalda area. I'd love to know just how TMX cane to have this tenement, perhaps it's time to contact the company direct?

As I alluded to in a post to flyboy, an asset such as a high grade nickel sulphide deposit is still an quality asset regardless of the global market conditions, provided you can retain it. Better to sit on it through the bad times and then do something with it when the timing is right.
IMO the timing could not be better as I reckon we are going to see a resources boom that eclipses the previous one!
