Still doesn't answer the fact that the BLM in Utah put the approval on their own website subsequently discovered by TraderDemon if I recall correctly and allowed investors to acquire stock on Friday before the trading halt knowing the access had been agreed.
That may turn in to find of the year for anyone who took advantage.
That was just the 15 hour time difference and BLM Utah being extremely efficient in putting info on its website.
