    CBD announces an $8BILLION JV, funding provided, CBD to do the work, and the SP increases 0.5c to 18c.

    CWE installs one expermental bouy and the SP goes up 2c to 12c in half a day. (not that CWE does not deserve the rise, but CBD?)
