My thoughts exactly exberliner. The second ann will have more affect than the first. They have been very busy securing the necessary personnel to move this project quickly.Mr Binninger (sorry if incorrect spelling) looks like he may have some coin that will follow him. Maybe we will have avo assult after the traders settle down.
