wasn't the latest raising of 1.5625BN shares issued at 0.008 with a free attached option? thats a 60 per cent premium to the 52 week price and represents almost 1/3 of the total shares outstanding?
so even if they do a CR, they may be able to get away with it at a higher price perhaps?
