Pre-EGM, the Carson camp indicated there were some discussions with neighbors that may lead to mutually beneficial JVs in the near future. I heard no such thing from the Tay/ Oh camp.
Priest, thank you for your continued contributions. I feel at times you are 'too' passionate in your opinions, however on balance greatly appreciate your community spirit in sharing both facts and your opinions on HC.
