You answered the question,with 80% of Clough owned by top 20 shareholders they do not regard it as a public company but as their plaything.Do not be surprised if a few rorts don't surface down the track.Are there any company loans to directors?Are there conflicting interests held by directors?Institutions are staying well clear.
