    Can't imagine UXA attracting any new buyers based on this ann. A deal with no dollar value disclosed to shareholders???

    U'm aren't we the reason UXA has a business at all - Shareholders???

    I guess it will all come out in the wash, but this has not inspired me to buy any more.
