I don't think DMNOC will really start moving until DMN does... which won't start moving until there are concrete positive announcements.

All the DMNOC spikes so far have been investors taking up positions in anticipation of real movement. And so far at least every time it has dropped back to 0.1c once more existing investors realise they have an opportunity to offload options that haven't looked like they would ever move.

The 0.1c will eventually run out... but not just yet.
