It was way back in 2007 when the first announced that they were close to signing a deal and little progress has been made since then apart from periodic announcements saying a deal is close. I think they just have to play the cards they have been dealt. It was bad timing that their funding fell through due to the GFC but that's life. Sure, the resource is probably undervalued, but it is undervalued as they dont have the funds to get anything out of the ground. I dont see the share price rising until they get some funding arrangement signed and sealed.
