I heard from 3 taxi drivers, a chauffer and the bar man they where all drinking and i was waiting for the barman to serve me a beer when i heard the chauffer say. CAZ has got it, then a taxi driver said Yes 4 million tons as well, then the barman spoke up and said nar its 6 million tons the minister was in here yesterday with port building contractors who said 12 million tons increase over 2 years no worries.
