Im not too sure if this issue would have been holding up the feasibility study as there would be quite a few other permitting issues that still need to be sorted before any construction begins. Im sure they said that permitting would be ongoing until later in the year.
I was hoping that we would have heard more on the funding proposal announced a couple of weeks back although it may be in RHM's interests to wait until the feasibility study is released before persuing further funding.
