To clarify my thoughts, the question is what does Abra mining have? Answer - Suite of Copper/Zinc/Gold assets.

What does KZl have? Nickel, Zinc, Copper, Gold (indirectly through MUX)

Further more, Abra had a major share holder, who decided to mop up the remaining shares.

KZl has a major shareholder too, and potentially it may fit well to acquire the whole company, cheaply and develop the assets, and reduce costs.

Hence my posts, and thinking!!!
