Do you not read. Valeant doesn't recommend to buy CXS. Therefore, if Valeant takes ownership they will simply vote against the 70c take over. Leaving you all with a SP of 55c and a CEO who doesn't know how to progress.
His thinking will be perhaps we issue him more options to progress. Obviously he doesn't get paid enough to think.
Glad I sold out 68c I will be able to buy back in at the low 50c in 2 months time
