defabs, secured creditors are never interested in running any companies. It's all too hard and they would have to sacrifice their three hours lunches to boot!
They are, however, interested in getting a quick return on their investment. For that purpose, they will support a buyer of assets at a ridiculously low price at the expense of its owners - small shareholders with little or zero say in the matter.
