Party's over for JML now imho. Welcome to our (IGO's) fully controlled subsidiary. Without a control premium left in the JML shareprice the current IGO offer must be looking even better to JML holders now ( as there will be no future offer from IGO or anyone else including a control premium).
IGO doesn't need to try hard now. Can always come back later for a (perhaps less expensive) mop up. As an IGO holder I'd prefer see this deal finish with 170 mm or so IGO shares than the full 200 mm or so with a 100% takeover.
Might see some director resignations and IGO appointments today?
