I'm half thinking that the ongoing legal dramas faced by IIN must be influencing the discount at least to some degree. Will be interesting to know when it is behind it, and presuming they don't end up losing, what sort of re-rating takes place.
When I glance at MTU it appears expensive compared to others in the industry, albeit I haven't examined in great detail what the differences are.
