Chemgenex has an agreement with Hospira for europe,middle east and parts for africa. If Omapro is commercialized for those regions Hospira will pay Chemgenex around $120m and a royaly on sales. If anyone is paying 70c for the company it will be virtually be getting it on the cheap.
