I would agree GN. Would seem to be selling themselves well short agreeing to a TO at 70c being so close to FDA submission and hopefully approval. Not sure the announcement will be about a TO - possibly just confirmation that Cephalon have taken up their option (hopefull!). Anyway as you say GD time will tell. Fingers crossed.
