Gself, tis true its all speculation, but the facts are KZL share price has been driven down well below what even the experts consider fair value, many of the falling days were when resource prices were trending up and the resource sector was up. Something must be going on, prolonged downtrends like this dont happen for no reason? all us mere uninformed mortals can do is speculate as to why.
ps I think if a 'subtantial' holder was offloading they have at least a month before they have to declare on ASX unless they cross 5% when they cease being a "substantial" holder, then they can offload without notice. ie JP could offload all its stock without notice if they hold less than 5%. Correct me if im wrong as Im only going on what Ive seen with other stocks over the years.
As a matter of interest, JPs last Ann'ed they were a substantial holder on 16th feb (5.3%) so it couldnt be them.
