No expert on valuations here but looks like you forgot to subtract 30% tax from that value.
Haven't looked at ADU but Equigold might be a better route if you like gold. Equi also has a million ouncer in Ivory coast, which neighbours Ghana. Market has attributed zilch value to its million ounces there - check out some research reports on the website.
