    Wow TD. Sounds like you should be talking to Hugh. You have a much better grasp of the current situation.
    I'm trying to get to grips with all the details of the Red Rock Wilderness Act, as I think this is a key to whether they can mine here or not. There are obviously many gaps in my knowledge about the act as it originally didn't allow O&G drilling.
    I understand that Cane Creek mine is in the wilderness zone, so was it there before the RRWA?
    At the moment I'm unsure of what has been approved (eg."What is happening with the latest holes?") I wasn't aware they are allowed to drill anything right now! I'm unsure what they are waiting to have approved (eg."When is the BLM environmental assessment for the Right of Way going to be finalised and posted on DOI/BLM Environmental Bulletin Board?"). I'll want to know what further legal and physical obstacles there are to mining (including evaporation ponds and water availability).
    I'll post back when I've had a chat.
