still think its a tad high for safety, but was speaking to a few guys today that have been working up at Karratha and they said that rents are through the roof - one was paying $2,000 a week for an apartment! gives a lot of confidence that Fleetwoods little village there will keep the profits rolling in. If it would only drop back to $10ish i would be back in with bells on - i miss those juicy dividends :-)
