    I topped up today. The market may know more than I do, but looking at the continual small parcels going through today, both buy & sell, there are no majors unloading stock. FWD has come back 14% from its high (after allowing for 32c div) and at est. 2012 PE of 13, I,m comfortable for management to keep FWD rolling, as in the past.
    But do your own research.
