The point is if you believe 10 cents is a good deal, just sell out now (9.7 cents). No need to risk the voting with an extra meaningless 0.3 cents. So I assume all individual holders, who are still HOLDING, are going to vote AGAINST the deal. Otherwise, it will be no sense.

I doubt anyone says they are going to vote yes in EGM are still holding or holding AEJ shares for themselves.

I hold so I post here and I will vote NO.
