The change of director notice on 3 March 2011 shows that entities in which Troy is a director bought 3 million GPM shares at 19.5c each. They appear to be family entities which are controlled by him.

I suspect Troy just thinks they are cheap at this price and I guess it also sets a line in the sand at 20c for the Trojan shares. I don't think it would look good if Trojan started selling its shares to Troy at 19.5c and I presume he is still the major buyer at that price. So Trojan is selling at 20 cents and Troy is buying for himself at 19.5 cents. That is how I see it at the moment.
