Directors are working overtime trying to convince everyone that they should just give up and let TPG make an absolute fortune.

I do notice however they don't mention how much money TPG will make out of this transaction.

TPG are also sniffing around other Energy Utility assets in Australia. I suggest TPG have a high risk of loss if the deal doesn't go through.

I suspect that the other Debt holders which may have been the original debtholders must be getting to a state where tehy will want TPG to secure the transaction wth a higher offer.
