They still haven't reported on the Pre feas yet (btw being done by some back yarder), then they have to do a Feasibility Study (cost a fortune to have someone like Worley, SKM or Hatch do it properly) all the permits etc... it's loooonng road with no money for PRE.

No, a Take over is the only way, and if a prospective suitor was smart it would let the sp languish til it gets to 0.5c or lower.
