Don't stress everyone: The deal has already been done. Tomorrow will be just another ASX formality.

The Co would not risk another Public C/Raising failure like the last time.

The amount raised IMO will be for say about $3 million.

Whoever the new/old shareholder is I can say that they did a splendid job in keeping the S/Price under control and will most likely pick up this lot in the C/raising for say a 11-12c /share price.

I wonder what fairy tales the Co told this investor !!!
