Are the neighbours saying goodbye & packing up too?
There was a brief report this morning that Maurel & Prom,
nearby French oil company (Mozambique?) are considering selling up some of their oil assets . Didn,t say which
part of Africa they were departing or if it was somewhere else? But from the point of "misery loves company"or recuperation of justifiably sore losers it caught my attention.
