Hi, I don't see how this T/O activity is benefiting EQN shareholders? If management are trying to protect themselves from predators, why do it at the expense of EQN shareholders? Are management really acting in our interest, or is it self-interest?
Clearly the market doesn't like it and the premium is too high. I'm going to vote this down us unless someone articulates a clear value proposition for EQN shareholders.
I just wish I was in a position to benefit from this around the 18th of February when it started to be factored into the share price.
