AMU also says that their remaining assets have an NPV of $100M with a current book value of $77M
Lets assume that the gap between the NPV and the book value represents goodwill (yes it's rudimentary approach)then that represents approximately 8c per share.
That to me suggests that they may be looking at a number north of 36c per share.
Obviously too difficult to guess what the true fair value is for these assets, so don't take my thoughts as absolute.
