A merger of TAM and ABU would provide an ideal opportunity for ABU to deal with its need to consolidate its shares.

The merger of these two companies would create a gold producing entity with enormous exploration potential and already proven substantial resources. With continued drilling success, a figure of 10 million oz resources is quite possible within 2 - 3 years for the merged company.

I believe that the merger would be in the best interests of shareholders in both companies, and I hope that it happens sooner rather than later.
