Maybe some speculation after the Goldman buying in the last few days? Notice the announcement after close however that Goldman is out at 1.85. You may find that the price drops tomorrow because trades tomorrow won't settle until Monday so won't be eligible for the offer unless extended. Anyone still holding though can accept the offer until Friday if the price drops away.
