Radioactive - on a very simple level ... we need to build more houses (more cheaper houses) and DVN have the model, experience, land and the currently climate (building is on the improve). If DVN can get organised - I think there is a good opportunity to make some good $$$ (Hell South East Queensland is starting to bust at the seems re: population) ... people got to live somewhere & some of the house and land packages are not bad value (if you were a first home buyer). Trying to buy and build yourself and compete with DVN and the like is very very - just too hard to compete with them on price - they can build the houses so much cheaper (may-be not better) ... but they look like nicely designed houses.
