Benson - you are definitely entitled to your opinion and in the end you may be right - who knows? I was only supporting Bello concerning your claim that his statements were naive. The older we get (in theory anyway) the less naive we become and more knowledge we gain. It does not mean you still cannot make stupid life or investment decisions though. Good luck to you on your journey.
I have said from the start that NBS should be considered a high risk investment. In my opinion, it would be naive and foolhardy to bank everything on success of NBS. It is a speculative play given its under achieving past and as such should only form a relatively small % of your investment portfolio or at least it is an investment that you can lose without having any major impact on your overall wealth.
With reference to my previous posts where I have said it has become apparent that some contracts would not be secured, I have only said that a Maldives media article stated that President has suspended Maldives contract pending a ACC investigation where ACC apparently have not concluded any investigations that they have started. I believe there is still obvious risks around China given it is still in pilot stage although if secured the upside could be large. Malaysia is the big contract where all signs (in my opinion) are positive. Investing today at current sp (not what it was in the past) in NBS is valid (again in my opinion) solely on securing Malaysian contract.
